Will my delivery come if it is raining or snowing?

What is your delivery schedule?
- Our schedule is set up to deliver any time during our open hours. Your delivery will be scheduled as either a morning or afternoon delivery. If you are scheduled in the morning, your delivery will arrive between the hours of 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. If I want to place a delivery, what do I need to do? Once my order is placed, what happens then?
- A delivery may be ordered either in store or over the phone. There are several details that will be collected such as; name, address, phone number, date of delivery, form of payment, and what product you wish to receive. Once your order is placed, it will be entered in to our delivery schedule. The driver will give you a confirmation phone call to verify you want your product at the time requested. If the driver receives confirmation, he will load the truck and be on his way shortly after the call. If he does not receive confirmation, the delivery will be delayed until he receives the confirmation. |
What is your delivery zone?
- Standard delivery area is a 10 mile radius from our location, with the exception of *Pit Run and Fill Dirt. Deliveries beyond 10 miles receive a per mile additional cost for trucking (the per ton/yard price remains the same). *Pit Run and Fill Dirt have a 5 mile delivery radius before receiving the per mile additional cost. |

- Mulch is sold by cubic yard. We do not sell mulch by weight. Our minimum amount loaded for pickup is 1 cubic yard. For delivery the minimum is 2 cubic yards. We sell colored/dyed mulches (red, dark brown, mocha, & black), natural mulch (we make this ourselves), fine dark bark, cedar mulch, and economy mulch (wood chips). |
Are the dyed mulches safe for plants and animals?
- Yes the dyed mulch is enhanced using colorants naturally occurring on the earth's surface, and is formulated to be nontoxic to plants and animals. |

- No, it may slow them down, but won't stop them from coming up entirely. Weed prevention products can help prevent weeds from growing. |
